Carl set up CB C&T with the goal to provide the complete ‘one stop shop’ support package for training providers and awarding organisations and to provide top quality nationally recognised qualifications to budding assessors, IQA’s and EQA’s.

Carl has been there and done it and progressed from an assessor and internal verifier within both a college and training provider environments, through to EQA, Lead EQA and Quality Assurance Director within an awarding organisation. His wealth of experience will undoubtedly help to assist training providers and/or awarding organisations improve their practices and quality standards throughout their organisation.

If you are aspiring to become an assessor, IQA or EQA, the benefit of choosing CB C&T is that you will be dealing directly with Carl across all areas of your qualification. If you want to be the best, learn from the best as Carl explains:

‘I have a wealth of experience that I want to pass onto aspiring assessors, IQA’s and EQA’s alike. One of the main qualities of a good tutor is that they can relate what they are teaching to experiences they have encountered when undertaking that particular job role. This shows that the tutor is experienced, knowledgeable, and most of all credible. If learners choose CB Consultancy and Training I can guarantee that they will be learning from a well-respected professional, who has been to the top of his profession and I will share my many years of experience in the education sector with them and make it relevant to the qualification they are undertaking. There are a lot of training providers out there delivering these qualifications, but there won’t be many that will be able to demonstrate the experience that I will be able to share with the learners who choose CB Consultancy and Training’.

There are two main modes of learning that are available to you – distance learning and face to face delivery. If you choose the distance learning option, this will include a series of webinars for the knowledge based units and there will be email / webinar / Skype support provided by Carl throughout your qualification.

The face to face option is normally chosen by training providers or awarding organisations to deliver bespoke packages within their organisations to groups of their staff. However depending on demand, face to face options can be arranged. Please speak directly to Carl, regarding the options open to you.
